Executive Court

1. A case can be filed in the court of the learned Executive Magistrate under sections 98,100,107,114,117(C),133,144,145,147 and 148 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.


2. An application must be filed with the learned Magistrate through a learned lawyer or by coming to the court in person. For this, the bench assistant (presenter) of the court will assist.


3. The bench assistant will present the application to the learned court and the court will give instructions for further action.


4. After issuing a notice against the accused person/persons as per the instructions of the learned court, the notice is sent to the defendant by the issuing officer.


5. If the accused person/persons appear in the learned court, the proceedings of the case begin, otherwise an arrest warrant is issued to produce them in the court.
